Terms of Service

Important: OnePin is an educational and research tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, peptide, or medication regimen.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OnePin (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use OnePin. By using the App you represent that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of the App - Educational Use Only

OnePin is a personal tracking tool intended for educational and research purposes only. The App lets you record protocols, doses, and inventory you choose to track. It does not:

Any compatibility notes, interaction warnings, pharmacokinetic data, or other reference content in the App is provided for educational reference only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@onepin.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion removes your account and the data we store on your behalf, and is not reversible.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

OnePin offers a 30-day free trial of premium features. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew at the price disclosed at signup unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

Refunds, where required by applicable law or platform policy (Apple App Store / Google Play / Stripe), are handled by the payment processor through which you subscribed.

The protocols, inventory, dose logs, and personal data you create in OnePin belong to you. You can export your data at any time from Settings > Import / Export. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

OnePin is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The reference content (compound information, interaction notes, pharmacokinetic data, etc.) is sourced from publicly available research and may contain errors or omissions. You should independently verify any information you rely on with qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePin and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you suffer any harm related to a substance you chose to track using OnePin, you acknowledge that the App did not cause that harm and the App's developer is not liable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to OnePin at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
