Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap OnePin
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed on Android:

If you subscribed on the web (Stripe):

How does the free trial work?

New users get a 30-day free trial of OnePin Premium. Your card is required at signup but is not charged until day 30. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

After the trial, Premium is $49.99/year (USD). If you do not subscribe, you can keep using the Free tier with limited features (for example fewer protocols and inventory items; Premium features like cloud sync and AI stay locked).

How do I export my data?

Open OnePin and go to Settings > Data > Import/Export. You can export:

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open OnePin and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, OR
  2. Email support@onepin.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account"

All your data is removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible. Export your data first if you want a backup.

How does household sharing work?

OnePin Premium lets you track protocols for yourself plus a partner from one app. Each "person" has their own protocols, inventory, and dose history. Switch between persons via the chip selector at the top of the Home tab.

True multi-device household sync (where each partner has their own login) is on the roadmap.

Is OnePin medical advice?

No. OnePin is a tracking and education tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Compounds you track may be regulated as research chemicals or supplements depending on your jurisdiction. Always consult a qualified physician before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.

The compound interaction database is a starting reference, not a guarantee of safety. Verify everything independently.
